How long is my appointment?
Your initial consultation can take up to 90 minutes and includes treatment. Based on this session, we can discuss if you would benefit from future appointments, which would last approximatively 45-50 minutes.
What paperwork do I need for my initial appointment?
Any relevant information about your condition will help me to make an informed and comprehensive assessment. If possible, please provid as much information as you can, such as X-ray or scan reports, hospital discharge reports or letters from other health professionals.
What happens at my initial appointment?
I will listen attentively, assess what could be improved and devise a step-by-step treatment and recovery plan that is right for you. Under my guidance, you will set the goals that you want to achieve by the end of your treatment. Depending on your situation, you will be given hands-on treatment and/or an exercise programme during your session.
How many treatment sessions will I need?
This will depend on your injury, your medical and physical condition and what is needed to reach your goals. I will be able to give you an idea of the number of visits and a likely time frame after your initial consultation.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please inform me of a cancellation as soon as possible so that I can offer the appointment to another client. I reserve the right to charge in full for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or amend an appointment, please call me or leave a message on 07926 652528.
Payment
What are the fees?
Initial assessments (up to 90 minutes): £145.
Follow up appointments (up to 50 minutes): £70 per session.
A block of 6 therapies (up to 50 minutes each): £65 per session.
Payments are to be made following the initial assessment and after the follow-up physio session. If you opt for a block of 6 therapies payment is due after the first session of the block of 6 therapies. An invoice will be issued and payment is due within one week from the date of the invoice issued.
What methods of payment can I use?
You can choose to pay for your sessions through bank transfer or in cash.

What appointment times do you offer and what areas do you cover?
I offer appointments Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm, covering all of Milton Keynes and up to MK15 postcode areas. For postcodes that fall out of this area please give me a call to enquire, as I might be able to accommodate some different areas as well.
